The DCC Library in the Sacred Heart Cathedral Premises, New Delhi was established in 1973 as a result of the foresight of late Archbishop Angelo Fernandes who realizing the immense good it could provide to the people of all classes, overcame many obstacles to see that it became a faith accomplished.
